GEON is proud to restore and repurpose this heritage-listed building on an important historial site into specialist medical suites, along with a five-storey private hospital built , less than 1 kilometre from the Townsville CBD.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Upon completion, the hospital will deliver a range of much-needed specialist services including orthopaedics, cardiology, urology and maxillo-facial to the Townsville and broader community. It will also provide supporting services including radiology, pathology, physiotherapy and pharmaceutical.
Facilities will include:
- Four operating theatres and one procedure room.
- Four bed HDU/ICU.
- 23-hour care facility with nineteen (19) beds.
- Twenty-six overnight rooms, all with ensuite.
- Fully serviced café and 24/7 kitchen.
- Consulting rooms for all surgeons/clinicians.
