GEON is proud to announce that Stage One of the Albion Exchange, Brisbane’s most significant mixed-use development, has officially gone to market.

With Savills Australia and New Zealand as the exclusive selling agents, this milestone marks a major step in delivering a vibrant, transit-oriented community for Brisbane’s inner northern suburbs.

Set to become Brisbane’s premier retail, commercial, residential, and lifestyle hub, Albion Exchange is a ten-stage redevelopment that will transform the Albion precinct. Located adjacent to the Albion train station, the project will deliver over 1,000 homes, 17,000sqm of commercial space, 8,000sqm of retail and food & beverage outlets, and 6,000sqm of public and green spaces, enhancing connectivity and lifestyle offerings for residents, commuters, and businesses alike.

Albion Exchange will support economic growth, environmental sustainability, and community well-being, providing much-needed rental accommodation and high-quality amenity to the suburb. The area’s unparalleled connectivity includes direct access to the Albion train station, which links residents to the Brisbane CBD in just 8 minutes, as well as the Brisbane Airport, Gold Coast, Ipswich, and the Sunshine Coast.

Stage One of Albion Exchange will set the standard for BTR developments in Brisbane. The project will include two residential towers, featuring 327 apartments with a mix of studio, one, two, three, and four-bedroom configurations. The towers will also incorporate 1,658sqm of ground-floor retail space and over 3,000sqm of amenities, including a gym, outdoor pool, wellness facilities, and green spaces designed to foster community interaction.
