The completion of the ground slab marks a crucial step forward in the construction process. The external steel structures have been installed and the drive-thru area set out, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for KFC customers.  The next steps will include completing the roof trusses, frames, and roof battens. This will provide the necessary framework to enclose the building, protecting it from the elements and allowing for the interior fit-out to commence.

The addition of KFC as the first food retailer in the precinct will further enhance the appeal of the precinct, offering customers a comprehensive destination for shopping, living, entertainment, and socialising.

With construction progress steadily advancing, the eagerly awaited opening of KFC at Fairfield & Co is expected to take place later this year.
