Assistant Property Manager
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our team as we continue to grow our management portfolio across Queensland. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking company delivering standout retail, commercial, and mixed-use developments in both Brisbane and Townsville.
This role is essential in supporting the daily operational and administrative functions across a diverse mix of properties. Working closely with the Senior Property Manager and broader team, you will help manage day-to-day tasks such as coordinating maintenance and contractors, assisting with site inspections, preparing budgets and reports, and ensuring key lease obligations are met. You’ll also be involved in tenant communications and contribute to the high standard of service that GEON is known for.
We’re looking for someone with a minimum of three years’ experience in property management, ideally with exposure to retail or commercial real estate. A proactive mindset, strong organisational skills, and excellent communication are essential. Experience with property management systems such as Cirrus8 will be viewed favourably, but more importantly, we’re looking for someone who is passionate about property and keen to grow their career in a supportive and dynamic environment.
This is a full-time role based at our Albion office in Brisbane, with onsite car parking and direct access to public transport. It’s an excellent opportunity to build your career with a business that values innovation, flexibility, and long-term relationships.
