EARLE PLAZA, NERANG

On behalf on Cinemark Pty Ltd, Geon Property has lodged a development application to redevelop and expand Earle Plaza, Nerang. Geon Property has worked closely with the land-owner and design team to create a development scheme to benefit the needs of the Nerang population.

Earle Plaza has serviced the catchment for many years however, as the Nerang area grows and evolves, so too must Earle Plaza. The new and improved Earle Plaza will become an entertainment and leisure destination, supported by quality food and beverage, convenience shopping and medical offerings.

Designed by Buchan Group and managed by Geon Property Management & Leasing, Earle Plaza will become an energised entertainment and community hub which complements adjoining uses and will ultimately act as a drawcard for the local community and surrounding suburbs.

Key Features:

· The subject site is located at 52, 56 and 60 Price Street, Nerang with a site area of 13,316m2.

· The site is currently improved by Earle Plaza which includes a cinema complex (4 cinemas), food outlet, hairdressers, pharmacy, convenience shops and offices.

· The redevelopment will be staged (3 stages) and include the following:

– New access from Price Street

– 5 new cinemas and cinema café (9 in total)

– Over 10 new retail / food and beverage tenancies

– New medical tenancies

– New amenities

– New car parking and bicycle parks

Subject to Council Assessment and approval, construction of the first stage is due to start in late 2020.
