Dan Moore

In his 21 year career, Dan has overseen the journey of over 11,000 dwellings across 23 projects in BTR and student accommodation both in the UK and Australia, representing universities, not-for-profits and commercial operators.

Dan's experience includes the design and delivery of Assemble Communities unique operational framework, and consulting with Aware Super in the launch of its BTR model.

Responsible for the strategic direction and performance of GEON Living, Dan specialises in system architecture solutions, service model design, operational strategy, asset and facility management and operational modelling.
